This skilled nursing facility in the facility Cicero Berwyn area is the best! Not only the have great new management but the place is newly renovated displaying all state of the art rehab post acute care rehabilitation . Would definitely bring my parents here
I love working here!......Staff has always treated me like family. Management is able to handle issues in a timely manner. Patients are always a joy to take care of!....One of the cleanest facilities that I have ever worked in (I have worked in 3 Alden’s)....Beautiful facility for sure!....Supplies are plentiful, excellent meal choices and snacks for residents. As a nurse I always have a doctor on hand to for any nursing needs 24/7. But the best quality about this facility is its cultural diversity!.......All different walks of life and ages combined at this facility to make my experience working here exciting, educational and life long!
I been working here through agency for 6 months wonderful place to work great staff and management so helpful, they treat the residents like family I love that , they really care and that’s rare it a great environment to work in .

I started working as an agency nurse at Alden Town Manor last month.So far it’s been a pleasant experience great environment, the entire patient care team works as a unit from the DON, Scheduler,Kitchen,Housekeepers,CNA and of course the staff nurses.Providing the residents with great care and a compassionate environment!
One of the finest facilities I’ve had the pleasure to work for. Residents are top priority. Facility is clean, units are stocked with supplies, and the staff is very helpful with agency personnel. The unit manager Bridget Hutcherson is knowledgeable, compassionate about the residents, their families and the staff, and assists with needed. I would highly recommend for both ( a place for your loved ones to reside and a place to work)
My experience of working at Alden Town Manor was very good staffing and management are very helpful. Make sure that I had the right supplies that I needed to begin my shift with very good environment to work in looking forward to returning again.
They’ve been taking care of my sister in law Nancy for over 10years. I appreciate all they do in caring for her day to day. It’s her permanent home and I feel good to know she’s taken well care of. Shout out to some of the staff : Bridgette, Eli, Eva(nurse) and Michelle. Thank you!
Was looking for a place for my mom and decided to give this place a chance. Went in for a tour and was greeted by some very nice people. Everyone had a smile on their faces, which says a lot. What really sold me, an administrator came out and introduced herself. I must say, she was a bundle of joy. She answered all of our questions, assured us that this was the place for loved ones. She was very personable and you could tell she cared about people. Alden is definitely a top contender.
I have been working here for about 5 months through agency. The staff is helpful and the CNA’s are awesome as well as the other nurses. Any supplies needed or concerns the Don takes care of them in efficient time. The staffing coordinator is great, she goes above and beyond for her staff. She is very approachable and any concerns brought to her she handles expeditiously, making sure the floors have enough staff and supplies to do their jobs. Overall my experience here has been a good one and would come back anytime the staffing coordinator needs me!!!!
my son was in the hospital and he lost his strength. they did wonderful physical therapy and occupational therapy. The OT was very nice to him and cared about his needs. He still have some work to do, now at home. But they got him in the right direction. thank you

The entire staff at Alden were amazing. They treated my mom with respect and gave her top notch care. From the nurses to the therapist and the front desk everyone was amazing. As family you were updated and never in the dark about next steps.
The staff did an outstanding job. Always friendly, caring for the residents with respect and kindness. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Housekeeping kept everything in tip top shape. The food was like eating in a restaurant. Very tasty and presented more like in a hotel than a rehab facility.
I am very happy with the care my mother received at Alden North Shore!!! Thank you so very much for the efficient communication and quality care. I highly recommend this facility!!!!
