I've been at the facility for a while, and I have nothing but good things to say. All the CNA's are caring, I have no complaints about any of my nurses. Samantha, the CNA, ALWAYS goes above and beyond for myself and my friends here. Anna my housekeeper is also amazing! I've established a great friendship with her, she's amazing.
Walking into the building you are greeted with a welcoming receptionist and a clean smell. The staff are friendly and asked me if I needed assistance. The meals are delicious and activity department has put their heart and soul in life enrichment. Their management team is very involved with their staff and resident care. I would highly recommend the facility!

Working for alden meadow park hhc has gave me the opportunity to work in a health care facility. Alden meadow park hhc has offered a health work, home balance and has worked with my schedule as a single mother. Working here I feel appreciated and rewarded being surrounding by supportive staff and ling residents who appreciate hard working CNAS as myself. Would recommend to all CNA who want to be involved in health and keep a health balance with work and personal life.
Alden is overall an amazing facility to work at. Everyone is determined to help serve the needs of the residents at Alden. Theres a tv in the break room, a vending machine, they truly appreciate their employees. Overtime pay over 8 hours. Flexible scheduling, theyre very understanding about personal events. They supply you with your own uniform, they also have a sign on bonus. The employees at Alden are more than just a team, we are family.
my son was in the hospital and he lost his strength. they did wonderful physical therapy and occupational therapy. The OT was very nice to him and cared about his needs. He still have some work to do, now at home. But they got him in the right direction. thank you

The entire staff at Alden were amazing. They treated my mom with respect and gave her top notch care. From the nurses to the therapist and the front desk everyone was amazing. As family you were updated and never in the dark about next steps.
The staff did an outstanding job. Always friendly, caring for the residents with respect and kindness. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Housekeeping kept everything in tip top shape. The food was like eating in a restaurant. Very tasty and presented more like in a hotel than a rehab facility.
The building look clean and the nurses and other worker were very informative concerning his health issues. Thank you so much
Received very good care there, friendly staff, the food was good, and all the measures being taken to keep the patients safe from Covid were reassuring.
