We are very pleased with the work performed. Sewer line issues is very unpleasant, and having to replace existing is expensive but necessary. Empire has been professional and completed as timely as promised.

Thankfully, we are in a financial position where we can mange unforseen expenses such as this. I pity our elderly neighbors down below us trying to cope with a property issue. In my gut $2000.00 to replace 2 toilets in about 2 hours is over the top. It was a simple, clean job. No plumbing surprises.
