Mr. Darling performed 10 out of 10 for the services provided. I had multiple vowels replaced throughout the plumbing. His work was all completed timely with no mess and he addressed every question and concern I had regarding the process.
We had a sump pump failure on a very rainy day. When I saw all the water on the basement floor I knew I needed an emergency plumber to come to the house. I called Empire State Plumbing and they were here in under two hours and installed a new sump pump and solved the immediate problem. We will definitely be using them for any future work we know we need to have done. We also signed up for the service agreement so we can have the house heating and plumbing properly maintained. Bravo to a great business and Logan for helping us out!
I appreciate the quick response. when you call Empire. you actually speak to a pleasant professional who will assist making your appointment. Not the case with some other local plumbers. My technician Logan was great, very professional. I would highly recommend empire State plumbing.
Excellent technicians, courteous, quick diagnostics, quick repair. I thought the price was a little high but reasonable.
Good so far, tickets from National Grid first visit are addressed - different tickets from reinspection are slated for next visit. Not Empire's fault that utility gave wrong info about timing of inspection....
