From my initial call in to completion, it was fantastic. Elisha set up a diagnostic visit same day, Logan and Jake were here in two hours. They gave me the issue and two options for repairs. We called Empire for a service call when in a dire situation and thought the worst was still to come with our septic system. Thankfully, they sent a tech (Roger) out that took the time to go through the motions and thoroughly checked everything over. So glad we didn't have to dig up our yard. Thank you Empire !!

From the time I talked to Alisha in the office to the time that Logan finished the repairs, it was less than 4 hours. I was kept informed at all times of what was transpiring. Logan wrote up four estimates for us to choose from. Instead of making the repairs and reinstalling our old toilet, we decided to have a newer, taller one installed. Our bathroom is on the second floor, and I can't count the number of times he (and Mike) went up and down those 13 curved stairs. We were very pleased with the job he did. Having an older house (built in 1896) it is important to have a plumber you can trust and rely on.
