As I said in my google review, Roger was great. He provided thorough explanations of the work and issues that came up during the repair. Cost adjustments were made clear so there were no surprises. Will definitely be using Empire again (although hopefully not anytime soon #UNKNOWN#)

This was my second time using Empire Plumbing and both times were a very pleasant experience. Roger, the technician, gave clear explanations of what needed to be done and easily worked through some snags encountered on the way. He was very straightforward about cost adjustments from the initial estimate and took pictures of the work both during and after so I could see the problem and repair. Highly recommend!

Empire State Plumbing installed a new Furnace for me. They were very fast, efficient and did very clean neat work. Not sloppy like a lot of other contractors. They were very professional to deal with. Pros In the business, not a here today gone tomorrow, Company. Would highly recommend!
