My wife is here and it's better than where my mother is that costs $9K/month. Employees are friendly, helpful, respond quickly and keep the facility clean

Alden Courts of Shorewood has an EXCELLENT PT/OT staff. OUTSTANDING Nursing personnel include Lupe, Rosalinda, Nicola, and CNAs Teaghan and Stephanie
Nurses were attentive to needs of patients and learned what they like. CNAs and activity staff were attentive and worked well with my mom to make sure she was clean and entertained and comfortable.
He had to have additional help after quick hospital visit and without question called Alden and we he needs to come back..staff, services, rehab all great and he is happy there now. Have told many people of their wonderful care and treatment. Great place..
I was very pleased with the care that my mom received while at Alden Courts. Nurses and aides were very friendly and accommodating. The only complaints I have were that by the time my mom received her meals they were cold and they seemed to be short of housekeeping staff because several days the room had not been cleaned and the garbage was overflowing
my son was in the hospital and he lost his strength. they did wonderful physical therapy and occupational therapy. The OT was very nice to him and cared about his needs. He still have some work to do, now at home. But they got him in the right direction. thank you
Food was good as were all the people who work there. However, due to COVID and not being able to visit in the rooms, communication needs to be worked on with the staff. My husband was moved to a different room after the 2 week quarantine. He said he had a different room and I told him he didn't. It would have helped if someone had called me and told me. Also after a 3 week stay, his leg wrap was usually put on upside down.
Be very very honest they were outstanding very very helpful they treated my mom fully respect , All the staff there are wonderful. The entire staff at Alden were amazing. They treated my mom with respect and gave her top notch care. From the nurses to the therapist and the front desk everyone was amazing. As family you were updated and never in the dark about next steps.
The staff did an outstanding job. Always friendly, caring for the residents with respect and kindness. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Housekeeping kept everything in tip top shape. The food was like eating in a restaurant. Very tasty and presented more like in a hotel than a rehab facility.
We were more than pleased with the care of our mother at Alden in Shorewood...wonderful facility and the staff were exemplary
Cecilia and Celeste were wonderful in direct care. Claire, Kelly, Jimmy and Emily were exceptional in plan care
