I called on Thursday and they called me back to schedule on Monday. The Tech was on time and explained everything that was wrong and how he was going to fix it. He also cleaned up and cleaned the steps he walked up in our house. I would highly recommend as best experience we have had in a long time.

After explaining my issue/concern, the tech actually advised against taking any action. He stated that the likelihood of the problem occurring again was low and the alternative was a going to be costly. Appreciated his honesty and assessment.

Response time by Classic Plumbing was good. The plumber readily assessed the issue and offered to answer any other questions I had. All in all very good service and I would use again.
Once again, Classic Plumbing to the rescue. We noticed water after running the dishwasher, and after checking it and then the sink, water seemed to be leaking out of the garbage disposal. Called Classic and they were able to work me in this afternoon. I now have a beautiful new garbage disposal, no leaking, and avoided having to use a bucket under the sink all weekendwhich is what I expected. Excellent service, and I like that they always use highly rated replacements.
