John repaired and replaced several leaky fixtures that had been problems for years. He was on time and let me know what was to be done as well as informing me on progress. Best of all he wasn't afraid to call for help when looking at problems.
Today Jonathan installed a new faucet in our master bathroom. The old faucet had cartridge leaks. Cartridges could have been replaced in the old faucet, but the extra cost to get a new faucet was very reasonable. Jonathan had already recently replaced frozen shutoff valves with new quarter-turn valves. All this work was done well, the explanations of what was done were good, and Jonathan clearly explained the costs of the repair alternatives. Classic Plumbing continues to impress me. 5 stars.

After explaining my issue/concern, the tech actually advised against taking any action. He stated that the likelihood of the problem occurring again was low and the alternative was a going to be costly. Appreciated his honesty and assessment.
Your people saved me a bundle by doing what I asked for, not trying to sell up, as others had done. One company wanted $6000 to upgrade the shower and do all this magnificent work. I knew what I wanted and checked around. My neighbors had used your service and suggested I give you a call. That saved me over $4000 bucks. So nice to have my shower back again!

Even though they were not able to initially diagnose the problem with no hot water, once the electrician came and said I needed a new one, they coordinated with him, ordered the heater which was a special order and instead of taking weeks, within a few days it arrived and with the working with Cline Electric, the new heater was installed within a matter of hours, and just in time for the colder weather. They worked with solid professional aplomb and I am happy with the results.

Response time by Classic Plumbing was good. The plumber readily assessed the issue and offered to answer any other questions I had. All in all very good service and I would use again.
Once again, Classic Plumbing to the rescue. We noticed water after running the dishwasher, and after checking it and then the sink, water seemed to be leaking out of the garbage disposal. Called Classic and they were able to work me in this afternoon. I now have a beautiful new garbage disposal, no leaking, and avoided having to use a bucket under the sink all weekendwhich is what I expected. Excellent service, and I like that they always use highly rated replacements.
