John did a careful, thorough job explaining the piping problems in our kitchen and basement before replacing our kitchen faucet. When there was a problem with the faucet, he explained how debris from old pipes can build up and break off, affecting the system. He went above and beyond to sort out a solution.

Response time by Classic Plumbing was good. The plumber readily assessed the issue and offered to answer any other questions I had. All in all very good service and I would use again.
Once again, Classic Plumbing to the rescue. We noticed water after running the dishwasher, and after checking it and then the sink, water seemed to be leaking out of the garbage disposal. Called Classic and they were able to work me in this afternoon. I now have a beautiful new garbage disposal, no leaking, and avoided having to use a bucket under the sink all weekendwhich is what I expected. Excellent service, and I like that they always use highly rated replacements.
