The respiratory therapist that I met with was very personable and knowledgeable. I wish that I had had this type of respiratory therapist when I got my very first CPAP machine!

The staff were friendly and helpful. Christine was beyond amazing. She got me in at the last minute. She was thorough in showing and explaining how the CPAP works, how to clean and she answered all of our questions. She was just amazing and I'm so grateful she got me in before my vacation. She took her time, we didn't feel rushed we left feeling good about the machine.

Julie Anne Cortez did an amazing job of working through red tape and getting a much needed replacement post haste for a broken mask. She was pleasant and wanted to make sure I was satisfied with the product and timeline. Many kudos to her & Sleep Technologies.

Ive recently had a great experience with sleep technologies. The resupply department made ordering much easier as I felt confident with their advice instead of going through those difficult and sometimes confusing automated ordering systems. I've placed multiple orders through the resupply system and they always remind me through call or text that I'm eligible. Ive not to this day missed any order or needed supplies. The team is easy to talk with, accurate, and accommodating which is a nice. Their assistance has always been positive. Infact, they even helped me register my CPAP machine for the Philips recall. I highly reccomend this method of ordering
