Mike is awesome. Had my water filtration filters changed and my tankless hot water heater flushed. The good news is that due to Benjamin Franklin’s whole house water filtration system, there’s less wear and tear on my appliances that use water. My hot weather heater wasn’t so bad because it utilizes filtered water! Maintenance is the key to longevity.
Austin was very attentive and professional. He discovered the problem quickly and efficiently and fixed it in a very timely manner.

Very friendly and professional, very respectful of our home.Cody helped us get our main sewer cleaned and eliminated our drain problems. He explained what had caused the clog and that high pressure toilets will help to avoid this problem in the future. I contacted Ben Franklin Plumbing to schedule our annual plumbing inspection. The associate I spoke to was polite and very efficient. CJ McDowell was the technician that responded to our house. Mr. McDowell called before he arrived. When he got to our house he was polite and professional. He checked all of our plumbing fixtures, photographing each location. He then emailed the photos to me. The Technician made several recommendations and provided estimates for the work. He was not pushy, but explained why he believed we needed certain repairs or services.
