Adam was able to repair our gas fireplace in our master bedroom. 25 years old but, no problem, no upselling, smiling and friendly the whole time. Service like you we had 50 years ago.

Andrew Extremely satisfied with the level of work and care we got updating our house. Adam was very informative of the process and didn't push to up sell. After we made the selection to go forward with GRM, they were promt in senting the few tweeks to the quote I requested and set up a date that worked for me. The instillation was done in one day. We had a small problem after they left were are old piping had apparently disloged some sediment that blocked are hot water. Adam, even after hours, came back and helped fix the issue. Above and beyond service. Very good company to work with.
