Eric was thorough and seemed well versed on the maintenance of the AC. He checked several aspects that may need work in the future. He seemed very professional and appeared to enjoy his work and helping others.

May 17 2024 - Ryan conducted a thorough examination of the HVAC cooling system and found everything in good order. Excellent work as always May 9 2023 - Ryan conducted a thorough inspection of my HVAC system and flagged that the ultraviolet air scrubbers both needed replacing - as the UV bulbs had burned out. As I cater for asthmatics, this was an important finding and I immediately gave permission for replacement of both scrubber units. Good work!! May 2nd 2023 - Tim Cullen and his partner Tom Fara did a phenomenal job installing a new bulk propane gas line onto our outside deck from a lower floor inside the house. The project was quite complex but was completed on time and to my complete satisfaction.

Despite the fact that neither his name nor picture are displayed in SIGNATURE's website listing of service personnel, the ONLY service technician we will ever deal with is KENNIS WILSON. In this age of increasing incompetence, his patient and precise examination of our system resulted in recommendations that made our circulating air environment more easily and efficiently managed. His attitude is the height of friendly professionalism and his description of advantages and disadvantages of any repair or parts replacement is offered with an honesty that cuts to the core of cost efficiency. If there were ten review stars I would award them to him for his professionalism, his knowledge and his humanity.

Matt Technician Nate was punctual, polite and professional. He took extra time to 'tweak' system settings for optimal performance and, importantly, when he was unable to adjust one to factory specs he called in extra help.
