Petersheims is a great place for your well/water supply needs. I’ve had them out to replace well pumps and pressure tanks over the past 15 years, and have always been happy with their work. I stopped by today to pick up a pressure relief valve as mine was dripping. When I did, one of the techs stopped by and added some good technical advise on things that may be causing the issue. Appreciated the help.
Petersheim is my go to for regular service work on my water system. Which is always done right and on time. However had to get more emergent work done recently. On a holiday weekend no less. Wouldn’t you know the Petersheim company came through. From the initial call taken by Terri. To the service tech Eddie. Fast efficient with a can do attitudes, both of them. It’s good to see an excellent company still in business for many years. These folks drilled my well and installed the pump in 1986. They serviced the pressure tank a few years ago but otherwise the system has been flawless. Recently there seemed to be a vibrating noise when the pump ran but it was intermittent. Josh came to check it out and everything was working okay except how long can a 40 year old piece of equipment last? So no pressure to replace the unit but it seems like a good idea to get a new unit before it decides not to work on a Saturday morning. Good to have a local business doing well.
Very happy with my install and service for new hot water heater, they even fixed existing hardware to ensure the new unit was as good as can be. Highly recommend

Ed came out to service our water softener equipment. He was thorough and informative, showing me what to look for and how to adjust the timing mechanisms. At my request, he even changed the filter in our water line, and showed me how to do it. He was patient and unrushed, and clearly a professional in his trade. It was a pleasure having him here.
