Shawn was right on time and Cardinal was communicative as they always are. It amazes me how efficient Shawn was in his work. He explained to me along the way everything that was going on and did not pressure me into making decisions. I feel comfortable with cardinal because as Shawn says, "we want to get it right" and that is what matters. The responsiveness of Cardinal is such that I decided to be a member. I was worried and stressed about what we would find and it is a complex project. Shawn worked quickly and calmly to line up an affiliated third party that would need to come in and assist due to the issues of my toilet. He explained everything along the way and always respected my decision making and autonomy. In general I just have to say he was a respectful and positive professional to interact with. His commitment to quality service is clear and his knowledge of plumbing is reassuring. This is not the first time I've used Cardinal. They assisted me in a prior residence with tricky issues there as well. I had a positive experience with them and that is what prompted my call. Shawn I've used Cardinal Plumbing a few times now and always had a good experience. It's easy to schedule with them and their team is always friendly and professional. Shawn was just here to repair a broken faucet on a roman tub which has no access panel. I was worried this was going to be a huge job with broken tile and a big mess, but he very quickly found an easy solution that didn't require any tile removal or cutting away drywall. I'm very impressed with Cardinal's services and care.

Willie Brian called me that he was available earlier than expected, so he came by and was able to quickly identify the issue. He told me my options up front, along with the cost. After I agreed he was quick and efficient in the installation of a new sump pump, which he promptly tested to make sure it would handle heavy rainstorms. The cost was exactly as expected. This is the second time I've used Cardinal and I will only be calling them in the future for plumbing and HVAC needs. Brian is a great tech as well, very personable and knowledgeable.

Jairo Brian Sullivan is a consummate professional. He was very thorough in diagnosing the issues with a faulty toilet installation I inherited upon moving in. He went above and beyond to replace the damaged flange and to re-install the toilet.
I was very pleased with the service Hugo Vasquez provided. Although he arrived somewhat after the original service window, the office called me in advance to let me know he had been delayed. Hugo proved to be worth the wait. He checked our plumbing system over in general, and quickly assessed my problem with the leaky toilet and explained my options. He was friendly and patient with my questions, and listened to and answered my concerns. Once he had helped me decide his course of action, he was able to take care of the necessary repairs quickly and efficiently, answering all my questions as he did. Shawn Brian ORourke showed up up ahead of schedule, was extremely professional, and I felt very comfortable working with him. The Companys pricing is higher than a one or two man operation, but not too high to justify the peace of mind I have with them fixing our plumbing issues. They will be completing the work in two days and Im confident it will be up to my (admittedly high) expectations. Highly recommend Brian to any new homeowner who needs a straight forward perspective on how to handle a plumbing issue or project.

Brian Paul Amos was fantastic! My 28 yo water heater was leaking and he was at the house within 45 minutes of my call, assessed the problem, went to pickup new water heater and installed same day. He was the ultimate professional, extremely courteous, explained what he was doing and left the area cleaner than he found it. Shawn After contacting another business 24/7 after hours process and there dispatch was unable to contact the after hour plumber, we went to Cardinal. There dispatch was able to contact directly and we got a call back from the overnight plumber on call within 3 minutes, and within the 30 minute travel time he was at our door. The plumber was on time, prepared, professionally dressed for midnight, never judged or complained about the time of the night. Of course he also fixed the problem! He was upfront about the high expensive of the call out, and while it was a "sticker shock" on the bill, because of the positive experience with Cardinal plumbing, it didn't sting as much as I thought!
