I took advantage of a Reynolds special offer for clearing a slow/blocked drain, and got a great deal! Although the scheduled technician had called in sick, Reynolds promptly rescheduled their crew and the sub arrived within a short time of the original window, was friendly and professional, and not only resolved the slow drain but also checked other drains, and showed me what he had done and how he made the assessment, and gave me some additional practical hints.
