Jonathan is amazing!! He came in and gave us news that was hard to take but he was amazing at explaining, answering questions and boy does he understand his product!!! We highly recommend him and Bannister!! Can't say enough good things! Update... Jonathan has now helped us reline our pipes inside the house , replace the clay pipes outside to the water line and now is helping Ilya get our air conditioning replaced. He is just amazing! Always knowledgeable and always kind! Still can't say enough good things!

Ruben and his partner arrived same morning I called for diagnosis of sewer pipe inspection. I watched as his camera identified issues with 75 year old clay pipe drain. He provided quote to replace and I authorized the total replacement that will happen later this month.

Well, my second call was to Bannister Plumbing as the first one couldn't help me with my AC. Chris came out and I couldn't like him more. Down to earth, friendly and he fixed my ancient AC!! He got me though another year, may be my last but he set me up for success! House will be cool when the Grandkids come for a week. I know it won't last forever but I have a chance to get some other thing out of the way before I take on that expense. Friendly, personable, knowledgeable and honest, that's all I need.
