Obie came over for a periodic inspection / checkout of my mini-split. They did an excellent job of cleaning up the outside unit, and cleaning up the inside unit's filters. They were very polite and finished up quickly. Just about the best installation and servicing company out there.

I had my oil furnace serviced today by Rodrigo. He provided me excellent customer service. I needed a certain fitting he did not have on hand and he went out the same day to get the part without making me wait for another appointment. Also instead of pressuring me into things I did not need to service, he made helpful suggestions on keeping an eye on things such as replacing my oil filter on a regular basis. I was so impressed with his service, that I decided to sign up for Obie’s monthly Comfort Club. Now I have the piece of mind knowing that every year they will come in service my Oil Furnance, which in turn will extend its life.

Rodrigo Replacement of old central A/C unit together with furnace I knew that I have to replace the existing system - it was really old. I have a maintenance contract with Obie and I was very impressed how thorough their technicians were cleaning and checking my system every year. It was an obvious choice to call then and ask to send somebody to discuss my replacement options. The "comfort" specialist came, we talked, he went back to the office and later I got an e-mail with 4 options - platinum, gold, silver and bronze. I decided to go with silver. Price was reasonable and in the expected range. I knew that I can trust Obie and did not hesitate. The installation crew came two weeks later and it took them 2 days to finish the project. The only adjective I can use to rate their work is "excellent" Obie took care of all rebates that I was entitled too - from the state and from the manufacturer (Lennox)

When they called me back, after speaking with the receptionist office, I was greeted by one of the nicest, most patient, support/tech guy on the face of the planet. In 10 minutes I got my heater up and running, saving me from the cold along with five other residents, without any hassle. He took me through every step of the way!

Regular AC service I am on the service plan and I am very satisfied with Obie. Andre was here most recently - he was helpful in explaining everything to me, very pleasant to speak with and very professional. Although I do not like having companies ask for reviews, he was polite in doing so. Since I am happy with the service I have received and it's been a while since I posted a review, I decided to do so.
It has been a pleasure dealing with Andrey and Obie Comfort Solutions since my furnace upgrade/AC install last year! We just had them back for a maintenance check which was a great, smooth process. Andrey answered all my questions in detail and offered a few pointers to help keep the system running well. A+ all around!

Very professional and responsive service personnel. Repaired malfunctioning gas furnace that had baffled others. Decided to have Obie install new gas hot water heating system as well. Very happy with the result. I highly recommend them.
Great Company, Obie Hvac has serviced and installed many of our properties for many years and they also did a complete replacement in my own house. They are courteous, responsive, reasonable and always get the job done right. I will continue to use them. The owner is also very hands on which is really important to me.
Got a good deal from them. They did the work for the price quoted and even fixed a leak in my line without any extra charge. The only problem was that the condenser unit was damaged either when shipped or installed. They initially agreed to replace it but then called back and asked if I would consider accepting a $500 refund instead. We agreed on the refund and my check arrived quickly. I felt they did a good job overall and resolved the damage issue in a fair and amicable way.
