Julio Aaron was able to detect an issue related to water leaking, He was able to pin down the cause of the leaking. We consulted a previous plumber was not able to detect the cause. He is knowledgeable.

Keith Keith from Auger Pros is The Man! Came out within 2 hours after my call. Fixed a leaking pipe under sink. Checked everything thoroughly and is a pleasure to work with and talk with. He even put back a kick plate under the refrigerator that I couldn’t get to. Brendon came out today for a couple of issues. Second time he’s serviced our plumbing. Very happy with his work. Prompt, personable and thorough. SWEETEST PLUMBER EVER! Unfortunately, I had another plumbing issue (25 year old home). Bathroom sink was clogged, sent an online request for service last night, immediately got a confirmation and choice of two time slots today! Brendon and his partner were here within the time slot and quickly diagnosed the problem: a clogged A/C condensation line under the sink. In trying to clear the line with a snake, they ran into a block in the line caused by an incorrectly installed line. With a warning that they might have to cut into the wall behind the sink, they went to work with a camera. When Brendon saw what he was up against, he said he thought he could “put a little sweetness “ on it and work around it. (He ignored my doubts about him being sweet!) Within a few minutes, they had the line cleared out and a property draining sink! Good work, prompt and within the estimate. Call me a happy customer!

Aaron Garrett did a super job in not only finding and getting rid of the clog but also explained what he saw in our 42 year old cast iron pipes. He was extremely professional and kind and really patient in his explanation of everything he saw and what we will need in the future. While we are still exploring our problem as it is a costly one, we are thankful to Auger Pros for their honesty in this upcoming costly repair.
