We are new to owning our home and had a small leak in the basement. We called ASTAR and they sent us Jordan, who we couldn’t have asked for a better technician. He was so knowledgeable, patient and helpful. He gave us information on how to maintain our system and even explained their maintenance plan to us. Today was our first call to Astar and we are so happy we made the call .our boiler ended its tour and we had no heat or hot water since yesterday called our company that we have a contract with and they came and looked shut everything down and left us .I got a call a while later to schedule an estimate. Which they wouldn’t come u til Friday late in the day ,again we had no heat or hot water in cold temperatures. When I called Astar they came out immediately and gave us an estimate set everything up to come in on Friday am to remove and install a new oil burner .(thankyou Jeff so much .) Jeff had only been gone a little while when Kathy called us ( a pleasure to talk to ) and said we are sending a tech out today to remove the old unit and Friday at 7 am we will install the new one as we cannot let you be without heat . When Kent arrived he introduced himself and imediately said I can leave you electric heaters so you can be comfortable .thank you Kent . Every minute of our interaction so far has been excellent ,an above and beyond company .thankyou so very much to everyone .going on our experience so far I would recommend to all
