Steve came in to provide a quote. He was honest, up front, and professional. Im still deciding on whether or not to get my replacement wi Dow from Steve. It depends on other quotes and types of products but if the product works out, I would not hesitate to do business with Steve

Outstanding. I had contacted six different companies including the ones you always see advertised on tv regarding replacement windows. Steve, with Universal Windows, came in with the lowest price for full replacement windows (not inserts) and what I believe was the best product. He did not oversell or push for things we didn't need. We had an issue with the coating of one of the glass panes that he noticed, I never saw it, and he ordered a replacement sash for us. With his great product and service we also now just ordered new gutters from him. Outstanding company and a really nice guy.
Steve Initial meeting was in April. The salesman (sorry, I can't remember his name) was new to the company, but he was very professional. And, very thorough. After signing the purchase agreement, Steve came over and did a final measurement of the window. He let me know then that they were 6 - 8 weeks out for installation. I then got a letter that they were delayed another 4 weeks due to volume of work. The delay didn't matter to me, as the window that was being replaced was doing it's job. Michelle was great to work with on scheduling. Always polite and always professional. When the installation finally happened, the crew was completely professional. The entire job took about 3 hours. They put plastic both inside and outside of the house. After they were gone, I fully expected to have to clean both inside and out, and there was nothing to clean. When I was having the window estimation done, I didn't fully appreciate how the trim on the inside would look. And, it's great. I like it 100 times more than what was there before. The old window was a side by side crank out. The replacement is one bottom up slider. It makes the room look 10 times bigger. My neighbors have commented on how just one window makes the house look better. Like it should have looked all along. Definitely pleased with this team. And, would absolutely hire them again.
