Tom and Juan were great. They removed our old Carrier furnace and replaced it with a new Carrier furnace. It was a lot of work but they did it well and we're now warm again.

I was in the HVAC business and am now retired. I have a high end Carrier system, and because of the complexity of the system, wanted a Carrier Certified Vendor, which this business is. Today Jhon came and did my start of heating season maintenance. Like the other Techs that have come here, he was neat, well spoken, friendly and knowledgeable. Jhon arrived on time, worked quickly, and made sure my system was ready for heating. I can be an HVAC tech's worst nightmare, as I was in HVAC Service Engineering for 32 years. Efficient air has a great crew. I've met most of their staff, and all have been great to deal with. Office staff are also friendly and helpful. If you need reliable, honest service, I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed.
