Tony was very polite in answering my questions, as I am pretty handy and like to understand how things work. He successfully cleaned out a root clog, we located the cleanout buried pretty deep in the front yard, and we have a plan for moving forward without having to dig up the yard. I am delighted to have a better understanding of what was the matter, and appreciate Tony's helpful attitude. Also very impressed with the technology you folks use these days!

It was great service. I would have liked a heads up that he was running late but the service was really exemplary. He not only fixed the issue but also explained what was going on. He also confirmed where to turn off the water main in an emergency and what tool I needed to get to do so. He was efficient, honest and very explanatory. I learned stuff from him.
Jose and Taylor were wonderful! They were timely, polite, professional and considerate. The communicated clearly with both the land owner and the tenant, and they left the work space in great condition.

The work was top notch and quick and my property was left in great order, even the county inspector commented and was impressed. So, when I needed to get rid of my galvanized water line and repipe my house in May of 2025, I called on Sewer Renewal Specialists to bid the work. I also needed new downspout drainage lines to replace the old orangeberg pipe. David made it cost effective for me to do both.
