Great company, sent a plumber right out to repair a broken pipe. Brian was very professional, competent and a very nice person as well. He worked hard, explained every step of the process, gave me an estimate up front and cleaned up when he was done. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use again if I ever need a plumber.

We have been with Alternate Design (Diamond Club) for a few years now and have been putting off having the garbage disposal and the water heater replaced. Both were around 18 years old. Having well water took a toll on these two appliances and it was their time to be replaced. Nick Saccone didn't sales pressure us, he only presented the pros and cons, and quoted us a price that we felt was reasonable; plus, he could have everything completed in the same day. Nick (and Brian showed up later with the water heater and second toilet) got to work and were thorough. And clean. They made a great team.
