We have been using Alternate Design Plumbing since 2010 and have had excellent service the entire time. They have always been competent, professional and personable. Couldn’t be happier using them.Brian out technician was thorough and efficient.
We have been with Alternate Design (Diamond Club) for a few years now and have been putting off having the garbage disposal and the water heater replaced. Both were around 18 years old. Having well water took a toll on these two appliances and it was their time to be replaced. Nick Saccone didn't sales pressure us, he only presented the pros and cons, and quoted us a price that we felt was reasonable; plus, he could have everything completed in the same day. Nick (and Brian showed up later with the water heater and second toilet) got to work and were thorough. And clean. They made a great team.
Brian has been to our home before. He is extremely pleasant, professional, and has always done a great job.

Could not be more pleased! ran into an emergency with a busted pipe, called and they had someone out within two hours! Brian Boone came and completed the job in an hour and I already have water back! I will be pushing this to everyone who needs a plumber. truly life savers!

I just want to say thank you to the gentleman that was trying to eat his breakfast this morning in front of his work vehicle at Wawa.
