Alex was VERY knowledgeable, respectful, clean, and he liked my coffee!!! Our service call was on a faulty smoke alarm unit that a new battery would not silence. Alex determined that the unit had loose wires, he repaired that right away - no need to replace Smoke Alarm System nor unit. He noted that we did NOT have a SURGE PROTECTION on our House Circuit Breaker. Built before code became standard. Alex explained benefits of installing, parts installed right away, and even honored my Husband his Military Veterans discount. We are very impressed with Service Wise fast response, knowledgeable Technician, and transparency — ServiceWise is now our ELECTRICAL go-to. Highly recommend, ask for Alex Lindenmayer.

I've known Mike and Maggie for years and never needed them until now. Knowing someone personally usually doesn't match up to their work ethic, and it didn't, my expectations were far exceeded. Super clean work, very informative on the final product and walking me through it all, as well as personal tips to never have to call them out for work again (so I'll just call for double date night). I'll encourage you to have his team out for any of your electrical needs.
