My grandfather Willie was admitted to this facility after searching for a rehab center to assist with recovery. We picked this facility after being toured. The facility was very clean and pleasant. My grandfather can be very difficult at times. Thanks to Kat who made the admission process very smooth and transparent! Also- I would like to commend this amazing nurse Rincy (hope I spelled that right:-). She was very patient and calm when dealing with my grandfather's behaviors and was able to get him to calm down, take his medication, AND participate in therapy. The Therapy was right on point! Hand on care! They came in the next day and had my grandfather up and moving around immediately. I would whole Heartly recommend Alden Des Plaines for your loved one if you ever need to trust that your loved one would be taken care of.
my son was in the hospital and he lost his strength. they did wonderful physical therapy and occupational therapy. The OT was very nice to him and cared about his needs. He still have some work to do, now at home. But they got him in the right direction. thank you

The entire staff at Alden were amazing. They treated my mom with respect and gave her top notch care. From the nurses to the therapist and the front desk everyone was amazing. As family you were updated and never in the dark about next steps.
The staff did an outstanding job. Always friendly, caring for the residents with respect and kindness. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Housekeeping kept everything in tip top shape. The food was like eating in a restaurant. Very tasty and presented more like in a hotel than a rehab facility.
The building look clean and the nurses and other worker were very informative concerning his health issues. Thank you so much
Received very good care there, friendly staff, the food was good, and all the measures being taken to keep the patients safe from Covid were reassuring.
