Randy was amazing! He went over and beyond with all his work. He called for a follow up to make sure the house was cooling down, no one has ever done that and followed up with us. He even stopped by at the end of his long work day just to put the screens back on our windows. No one has ever gone out of their way like Randy has. We will be using him as our AC person in the future!!

We utilized energy attic for a spray foam application at our duplex to insulate the shared wall. Turns out this was not the best way to mitigate sound, however Ryan the owner of energy attic took it upon himself to make the situation right. If you have insulation needs it is worth your time to give them a call. They will stand behind their work and ensure your job is handled professionally and diligently.

I had several companies come out and do what they claimed would fix my cooling and heating issues with my HVAC/Furnace system. After thousands of dollars down the drain. I finally get a notable reference to call Energy Attic. Holding my breath I make the call. They are prompt and guarantee that they will get to the bottom of it all and they DID! Energy bill is cut by more than 1/2 and thats just with realigning my air ducts and new HVAC/Furnace system in place!!! The quality and care was immaculate. The response and follow-up and follow through is like no other. Their office admins to their install guys are all top notch! Thanks to Energy Attic I am ready for this brutal summer! These gentlemen were professional kept everything clean as they did the insulation in my attic.. The insulation in my attic was dated in the seventies. Needless to say it was a tough job but these gentlemen tufted it out. They kept me well informed, were courteous, stayed until the job was completed! I had radiant Barrier installed in the attic over both the house and garage. I had been experiencing for years my ac unit which is a heat pump not keeping up. In the summer when temperatures reach in excess of 98-105 degrees outside the attic would easily be 120-140 degrees which stands to reason the duct work in the attic was heating up and the AC was constantly working and would not keep up. Since I have had the radiant barrier installed it might be 98 degrees outside but the attic is showing 88 Degrees and the temperature in the house stays at what I have set it as. I was skeptical at first but after research and talking with Chris I am completely satisfied customer. We now bump the thermostat up because its often cold in the house at the temperatures we use to set the thermostat at. Well worth the money
Installation went great. Team arrived on time and went over the work being performed before starting. Installation took less time than expected. Unfortunately we noticed one of the lights in our guest bathroom was not working a few hours after the installers left. We contacted the office on that Friday evening and was in touch with a manager within an hour. The Energy Attic team had a crew out to fix the light the following week. Excellent customer service. Couldn’t be happier.
After 15 years, we were in need of a new AC system. I called Seth at Energy Attic and he came out the next day to review my property. The following day I had a proposal and a few days later the units were installed. Seth and his team were very professional, courteous and had attention to detail. We have had an issues with differences in temperature in our master bedroom for 20 years since our home was built. We had the builder add a 2nd AC duct to help and it never made much difference. We added extra attic roof vents, added solar screens on the windows. All of those helped a tiny bit but we were still having issues. With COvID I am working from home full time in my bedroom office and the heat was getting to me. Ryan with Energy Attic came out and accessed our issues and put a plan into place. Before there was a 10-15 degree temperature difference when you walked into my bedroom from the hallway. We had to crank the AC way down to cool it off. After Ryan and his team worked their magic in my attic? No temperature difference from the rest of the downstairs living space. My AC is not having to work as hard as well. Cant wait to see my electric bills go down as well! In addition to their amazing work they are also a Christian company with a heart to help others. I am a foster mom and was chatting with Ryan when he did our estimate. He asked what they could do to help foster kids. His team really stepped up and volunteered at a local foster closet and also purchased items needed for kids coming into o Foster care. What a blessing Ryan and the Energy Attic team have been not only to my family but to other foster families as well. Thank you Ryan!

The staff managing the office to the team that comes out for the quotes, service and install are all outstanding! I had a challenging situation and I am so glad I used them over any other company!! They are not the cheapest nore the most expensive but their work, customer service is the best. Highly recommend them to anyone. I had a complete makeover to my attic. Extensive clean up and correct. Do your homework and know all your options on what you need done and replace.

Installed double sided, perforated, high quality radiant barrier foil to attic in a 3000 sq. ft. home. Installed additional Johns Manville Formaldehyde-free fiber glass insulation up to a D.O.E. R-49 rating. Installed 2 solar attic vent fans and one turbine vent fan. Moved two existing passive vents. This is an unsolicited review. Yesterday, I had a double sided, perforated, high quality radiant barrier foil installed in my attic, along with additional Johns Manville fiber glass Formaldehyde-free insulation, which brought my insulation up to the recommended D.O.E. R-49 rating. I also had two high quality solar variable speed vents installed on the main roof along with one turbine vent installed on my 1st floor Master BR roof, along with an attic tent. There are 3 access points to my home (main house, above garage, and above Master BR). Energy Attic created a very efficient air flow with where they installed these new vents, and for no cost, moved a couple of existing stationary vents to areas that never had venting before. The results were immediate. On just the same day, my attic temperature dropped dramatically and my house last night and today is very comfortable. I actually turned the thermostat UP this morning, because of the nice chill in my house in these July 90+ degree temps! Energy Attic provided a very affordable quote, and then got to work immediately the same week on my attic. They showed up on time, were meticulous in their work and preparation, and did a terrific job. They did a very clean job and paid attention to every detail, while answering my questions, and helping me to understand the importance of the work they were doing. In short, they were a joy to work with. In Texas, a good radiant barrier, proper insulation, and proper venting are just as important as the HVAC system. This work will pay for itself in just a few years, lowering utility bills. My advice is not to go with a cheap "barrier paint" of any kind. Paint is paint, regardless of what some companies call it and the D.O.E. doesn't even recognize paint products as a radiant barrier. A high quality radiant barrier is stapled to the underside of your roof rafters and doesn't allow 97% of the sun's radiant energy to enter into your attic. Use your logic and do your own homework like I did. I promise you that you'll be glad you did. I give Energy Attic 5 stars for superior quality of service and outstanding work.
