As part of our Service Membership we had our Electrical inspection done this morning by Jason. Having the Membership means never having to remember when things were last looked at by someone who knows what they're looking at. Don't have to wait until something breaks down! Jason was efficient, friendly and very knowledgeable. Gave us a list of what was required all the way through to the "wishlist - win the lottery" - prices and time required. We are enrolled in Fox and Sons Plumbing and Heating monthly plan that includes inspections of heating and cooling and electrical systems in 2022. I’m a repeat customer for a reason. Within several hours of contacting the office; a technician called me to arrange a service call the same afternoon. Shawn showed up as promised and after reviewing our concern he went to work. He explained everything that was going on and his plan to repair the problem. He was thorough, well organized and polite. He repaired the problem safely and efficiently. Good job. Victor arrived to do some follow up electrical work we had organized. He was punctual, and came prepared. Victor is friendly and did his work professionally and efficiently. He completed all is work in a timely manner. He clearly explained everything he did. Awesome job. Tristan came to trouble shoot and service our boiler system. He serviced our RO system as well. He was efficient, thorough and friendly. Hats off for an excellent job! We asked Fox Plumbing to replace the pilot light on our water heater. We were specific on the initial phone conversation. They were at out house for over 1 hr, made all kinds of unsolicited suggestions regarding our kitchen plumbing (without opening the cupboard), spent 20 min on their phone and told us the water heater repair would be $550. We told them to get lost but was forced to pay them $100 for the 'visit'. Never again.
Fox does an amazing job for us every time. Whatever technician they send their work is consistently superior and carried out in a polite and professional manner. This is a hallmark of great management. We highly recommend Fox!
