Overall we were very pleased with our experience with Mister Sparky. Our inquiry was for an estimate for several minor electrical fixes and a major electrical fix. Francis was thorough in explaining what costs were and what our home needed in order to be considered up to code and safe. He was very attentive in considering all our concerns. The workers were just as attentive and they were personable, courteous, knowledgeable and considerate, as was Francis. We had one uncomfortable situation when the incorrect size wiring was sent for our rewiring of the house. Work was held up and this caused our power to be out 3.5 hours later than the estimated 7pm. It was very hot! The lead electrician on the job, Edy, was very upset at the inconvenience and was very apologetic. He and his team stayed until they got the power back on that night at 10:30pm. And they stayed to clean up afterwards! Edy was professional, pleasant, compassionate and a hard worker, he went over and above to complete the job in the same day despite the mistake by the warehouse. We highly recommend this company!
