I always appreciate when Phil comes to fix my plumbing. He was able to repair crane faucets that were not repaired by previous individuals sent. He has “can do” approach, and will make every effort to handle the challenge.

My Service tech, was great.

Timely and efficient. Explained the humidifier and setting on the thermostat. Tried to level the condensation pump and tested to make sure all the settings were at or near manufacturer's specs. Thanks

We needed our sewer lines replaced after it's was discovered the bottom of our cast iron pipes had rotted away in our near 100 year old home. These guys worked their butts off! You never saw anyone standing around. They had a big job to do and knew how to do it efficiently, precisely, and professionally. We were kept up to date constantly. We were afraid we would have to stay in a hotel for the week but they did everything to keep at least one of our two bathrooms up and running with just a few hours of the total system being unavailable as it was unavoidable. We were extremely impressed and would highly recommend this company.

Essig was recommended to me by a friend, and I am very satisfied with their service. They responded quickly and provided us with options that best met our needs. The technicians who did our install are the true heroes here. They put in a very long day (12 hours) to make sure our heat and hot water were working properly. They were courteous and professional, and they took the time to explain how the new equipment worked and to answer any questions I had. I could not recommend them highly enough.

We were super happy with Phil...we discovered while he was here that our hot water heater was leaking. Was upfront with the costs and left to get a new one.
