John Z was very thorough, explained all issues well and was very professional. He prepared several options to choose from for the repairs. I chose the option I wanted to complete and John handled in an efficient and professional manner.
Andre was delayed due to the previous job, so he arrived late in the afternoon. I tried to talk him in to putting the job off until another day, but he wouldn't do it. Brandon This morning, I contacted Sunrise Irrigation regarding a non-functional sprinkler zone. I was promptly scheduled for service within a few hours. Additionally, I expressed concerns about several existing sprinkler heads that were inefficiently watering the sidewalk or windows rather than the lawn. The technician, Bennet, installed thirteen new 6-inch spray heads that now effectively irrigate the grass, rather than overspraying. Bennet thoroughly explained the advantages of the new installations compared to the previously underperforming units. Furthermore, he installed three 12-inch spray heads in my landscape, which provide significantly improved coverage compared to the older heads that were not effectively watering my plants. I highly recommend Sunrise Irrigation. I plan to eventually update all my sprinkler heads after seeing the benefits.

The two techs did a great job. They answered my stupid questions very politely. They cleaned up very well when they were finished . But, I guess we won't know if the channel drains work properly until we get a rain storm.

The office kept in touch regarding when they would arrive. Skylar gave me an estimate of work and explained everything that would be happening. The two employees who installed the drains were skilled, worked continually throughout the job (which took over 8 hrs.). Both Juan and Alex kept us up to date on what they were doing and answered all of our questions. We are totally satisfied and would recommend this company for any drainage needs.
