Paul was very friendly and professional. He listened intently to my concerns about my air conditioning unit . Then he methodically went through the procedure of examining my unit and explained to me step by step what his findings were. In addition, he answered every questions I had. I found Paul to be honest, confident and knowledgeable about AC units and what his company can do to rectify my issues with my unit. Let me be clear, Paul was there to provide me with a second opinion on the work of another company.

They came out most recently to clean my furnace and to work on a problem I was having with it. It kept cutting on and off. They winterized everything and checked out the whole system. They gave me some suggestions about things I should be thinking about. I have been really impressed by how they always seem to know what they are talking about. And, that they always solve the problem! I highly recommend Mitchell's!
I used Mitchell's One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning recently and everything worked out fine. They came out to do their routine maintenance service before turning on the heater, so they checked the filters and whatnot. We've had them here before, and we continue with them because they always come out at a reasonable time and they do a good job.
Mitchell's One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning did just fine when they came out recently to check on my furnace. The service was fine and the technician was fine and that is pretty much it. I had them come out again in May prior to this visit and they serviced the furnace then. This time was just for maintenance. I definitely will be using them again.
