Anthony was fantastic. He came downstairs and said he smelled gas even before he got the sensor out that verified it. 20 minutes later he had it fixed and the sensor no longer detected anything. Couldn't be happier wit his work.
Antony did an excellent job and I'll be sure to use 'Mitchell's One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning" again in the future.
What an awesome salesperson Rachel is. She explained everything to my wife and I in language we could understand. We asked about the cost of some upgrades for our new HVAC system and EVERYTHING we asked about was thoroughly covered. And the total cost including a few upgrades was less than ALL the other quotes we got without the upgrades. We believe Rachel deserves a 2 week paid vacation to anywhere she wants! Our new Carrier HVAC system as installed by Neil and Josh and what a great team they make they make. They arrived by 9am and were done by 4pm. They cleaned up all the debris inside and out and were very courteous and professional throughout the day. They answered all our questions and we are very happy with your teams and their workmanship. We highly recommend your company. On this visit we had some ductwork replaced in our basement. The team was fast and efficient as usual. We only use Mitchel’s Heating and Cooling exclusively.
03-31-26. Trey arrived and checked the system. He did a good job of checking it out. Very professional and polite in the process. 02-01-24. Marco came out for standard heat pump check and found the condensation pump was failing. The pump was about 29 years old from the previous unit that we had and needed to be replaced. He was very polite and professional in doing the work. We were happy with the result and everything is working as it should. He took the time to answer all of our questions. It does cost to have these issues that arise corrected but in my opinion it was reasonable for what was done. I wanted to have the unit run as it was intended. We have used this company since the original installation and have been very happy. 06-15-23 Sullivan came out and inspected the system. He was very professional and pleasant. I have been very happy over the years with the service we have received. Brian was prompt and professional in doing a maintenance check of the system. He did a great job and was very pleasant. I will definitely use again.
