Weston came and put in a humidifier and water heater to replace old units. He worked hard to make sure everything was working correctly. Very helpful attitude and courteous, very much appreciated.

Robert inspected, cleaned and tuned our furnace, for the beginning of the winter. He was very pleasant and professional. Robert explained how things worked and what he was checking for as he completed his checklist. He also reinforced the importance of regular maintenance and inspections. I would highly recommend Robert and will request him for our next appointment.

Although I am heartbroken we have to replace our 17 year old A/C system I am always happy with Benjamin Franklin/One hour Heating & Cooling service. The technicians are always actually experts in their field & it shows. The entire system has to be replaced & I was pleasantly surprised that they can start it in just a few days! They offered to start this week but it didn’t work with our schedule. I will update after the install.
