Joe arrived on time and was very thorough with explaining what the ptions available were, as well as answering all of our questions.

Needed to have an AC unit put into our house that didn't currently have any ducts so we went with a mini split unit. Joe came out to help us and went through everything in detail on how it would be done and how much it would cost. He understood with how much it would cost that we weren't sure about going through with it, but Joe helped us in getting the price right where we felt comfortable and now we are extremely happy with the unit and the job done by the installers. Thank you Joe! I also signed up for the Smile Club service that is worth it. Had technician Anthony come out to do a Heating tune up and he was completely thorough in everything he did. He really took his time going over the details with me and making me feel like everything was handled with care and was working great by the time he left. Very happy with the service and will continue to be a Smile Club member with that kind of service.
