He is very professional, respectful, and friendly and does an excellent job every time. Joe was here for our last call and he was great. He knew what the problem was immediately and fixed it. None of Bailey's technicians have ever disappointed us. Ed did a fantastic job. He found a potentially serious problem with our heater that we didn't know we had. He8's professional and friendly and does great work. Ed came back to finish up the job and was as great as ever. Bailey's is the best! 12/10/20 -- This is the first time Nuno was here to do our annual heater check. He was very professional, friendly, and respectful. He, like all of Bailey's technicians, was great! 5/13/21 - This was the first time Mike was here. He was very friendly, professional, and respectful, like all of Bailey's technicians.
