Our AllTech technician, Wilmer Ortiz, was knowledgeable, professional, patient with our many questions and saved the day by repairing our broken AC system just before an expected heat wave. He explained each repair and gave us other options with respect to making a fix vs. replace decision. I really appreciated how AllTech keeps you well informed with reminders about your appointment and progress reports about your technician as they progress through the jobs on their routes.

New review for my most recent service. AllTech remains a 5 star service company. We put in a morning call for a bad drain clog in our main shower and AllTech sent Kai C out to our house. He was there within 30 minutes of our request. Kai then proceeded to work on our drain clog and had us fixed up very quickly. He even took extra time to fish out a drain snake that I had accidentally broken off when I tried to fix it myself. This level of diligence and making sure a job is done well and to completion is one of the most important reasons AllTech remains my go to service company for all things home service related. Thanks Kai and team! Ryan is one of the most professional home repair service providers I’ve ever worked with. He answered all of me and my wife’s questions in a polite manner and explained advanced plumbing concepts to us in an easy to understand manner. Ryan tested all theories about what could be causing our issues and did not leave until our problem was identified and a solution initiated.
