Kyle called prior to his arrival. He assessed the problem with our furnace (bad motor) and when the universal motor didn’t fit properly ordered one from the manufacturer. He installed it today, and thoroughly explained the work completed. Very polite and professional!

I took advantage of MacGregor Pluming and Heating's offer of a free plumbing inspection. Jeremy and Jose did a thorough inspection of the plumbing in my home. They pointed out several things that might need attention at some point. Since my home is 30 years old I was grateful to know there were no serious problems. It was a pleasure meeting both Jerry and Jose.
The weather was not cooperating and our appointment was delayed but James remained positive and diligently worked into the evening to complete our service call. He is thorough and does a great job.
