Idk why all this bad reviews! I’m not a resident or a staff I was there as clipboard agency worker, I swear to god that I really appreciate the work this facility does by providing a serious care and good propriety, I even though about working there but I stay at S Chicago it’s too far but I really I appreciate this facility i like the way they make the happiness on those residents face. Stop all these hateful comments!
my son was in the hospital and he lost his strength. they did wonderful physical therapy and occupational therapy. The OT was very nice to him and cared about his needs. He still have some work to do, now at home. But they got him in the right direction. thank you
Be very very honest they were outstanding very very helpful they treated my mom fully respect , All the staff there are wonderful. The entire staff at Alden were amazing. They treated my mom with respect and gave her top notch care. From the nurses to the therapist and the front desk everyone was amazing. As family you were updated and never in the dark about next steps.
The staff did an outstanding job. Always friendly, caring for the residents with respect and kindness. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Housekeeping kept everything in tip top shape. The food was like eating in a restaurant. Very tasty and presented more like in a hotel than a rehab facility.
I am very happy with the care my mother received at Alden North Shore!!! Thank you so very much for the efficient communication and quality care. I highly recommend this facility!!!!
