From contract through each stage they have been exceptional. We have a complex house with flat roofs and its made of block, each step has been done with attention to detail. The team work hard and leave the property clean. We contracted for both siding and new roofs.

After our last inspection that was part of their Roof Plus Care plan, it was determined and we agreed that a vent needed to be replaced. As with any maintenance, you need to stay on top of things. Scheduling with Denise was easy and we had to keep the weather/temp in mind. On the day, Anthony and the Roof Plus crew arrives on time and set to work. Work was completed in a timely manner and they kept me apprised as to the status. Overall extremely please with their work, efficiency and everything was cleaned up at the completion. Would definitely recommend Roof Plus and will continue to work with them as necessary.

Anthony Roof Plus responded to my online request for roof inspection in less an hour and Anthony came out to review the same day. He clearly explained my repair options and pricing. Work was done in a very timely manner, always kept me informed of what was to be done and when, Riccardo always let us know when the work crew arrived and when they were packing up to leave.

We called Anthony because a piece of fascia needed replacing. He also did a check of the whole roof and found several other issues. He provided a full set of photographs and an estimate immediately. Denise was a great customer service agent, scheduling us quickly and keeping us updated. A week or so after my initial inquiry and everything is fixed including a piece of piping eaten by squirrels!

They responded very quickly to my home advisor inquiry and set an urgent appointment for the next day to fix a leak. Anthony called to come earlier and showed a genuine interest in figuring out where the leak was coming from to be sure it could be fixed the first time and limit expense. We were referred to Roof Plus by our realtor and our experience was excellent. We had some roof damage due to animals nesting in our solar panels which caused leaking into our attic and one of our upstairs bedrooms. Anthony was very responsive and was able to come as soon as the solar panels were remove to assess the damage. Roof Plus was able to complete the repair work right then and there without waiting for an additional visit. They even cleaned out our gutters in that area. Overall we are more than pleased with the level of quality, professionalism and responsiveness of Roof Plus and we highly recommend them!
