Sean Joyner was professional in providing service. He communicated the outcome of his inspection of the equipment, including the need to replace a component. He explained what the component did and risk of not replacing it. He also listened to a current challenge I was having with airflow and he looked into possible solutions and implemented a couple. He advised of next steps if I don't notice a difference.
Nick was very professional and friendly. He gave good recommendations. I felt relieved at his visit. I'll recommend him and Yello Dot any day.
