Jacob came out on time and was extremely friendly and helpful. Had to adjust a damper for the first floor, fix a gap in the blower box as well as giving us a quick run down on how this unit is designed and works! We are very satisfied with the work done! Thanks again! Additional Review added due to what was found after, damper "fix" wasnt actually a fix it was a custom change that wasnt correct install either. Tech was nice but we found other issues with the install of the duct work that is straight up negligent.
