I’m in their service contract and that way we avoid problems since they do yearly inspections for electric and plumbing and twice a year for HVAC. Michael noticed we needed grounding poles instead of just rebar for our surge protector to work properly. Albert gave our A/C a thorough inspection and cleaning. Both young men were helpful and answered our questions. Paul R did a super job on our plumbing inspection and spent time correcting our concerns. I really like using Cornerstone Pros and their maintenance program. Bryson G did a great job on replacing our toilet. Our A/C wasn’t working properly and they came out in just 2 days and repaired it. It is definitely worth the monthly subscription to have VIP service. When having our lanai installed we needed electric removed and they came out the next morning. They will work with you to get the job done. They always send pictures of their work.

The AC technician was very courteous, knowledgeable and patient to listen to my needs and come up with a solution. The installation is tomorrow so hopefully the unit will cool my lanai as planned.
