Tyler arrived early as the dispatcher said and my husband as well. Tyler was professional and thorough, courteous, and conscious of cleanliness. He is a good representative for his company, and we hope to see him again.

Brandon came by promptly this morning to perform the bi-annual heating and cooling check of my furnace and air conditioner. He did a thorough job and was polite and I was pleased with the service. He is also enjoyable to talk to. It’s not very often I look forward to a HVAC visit, but I do with Brandon.
Matt has been our technician the last few times we have had our system serviced. He is very professional and friendly. He welcomed questions and then explained thoroughly each question and concern I had. He took extra time to give a thorough tutorial on our sophisticated thermostat. Great customer service like this is why we stay with Air Comfort!

Exceptionally kind, professional, and people we’d want to work with again. We felt confident that they not only got us the best rates possible, but they took the time to explain the process, then got it done fast. Will be recommending them to all of our friends and family. If you’re on the fence - don’t be. This is a company you can trust. (Also all of the employees who met the rescue bunnies were so kind to them, whereas our last company made jokes about eating them. So that meant a lot.)

A SHOUT OUT to AIR COMFORT SERVICE H/C....we have been on a maintenance program with them for 3 yrs now...they come every spring AC and fall H to check are units to keep them running smoothly...our AC is only 9yrs old but our furnace was 27 yrs ...yes we have replaced some parts over the years but decided to replace for a more efficient unit...Tyler from Air Comfort replaced our furnace today...did an outstanding job all around...you know I don’t like dirt/dust kudos to him from the dustbunniediva!! Up and running smoothly and quietly! Highly recommend...tell them the Bell’s sent ya!
