Jeffery Logan did a fine job checking our systems and we'd have him back anytime. He took time at the end of the call to fix up loose insulation on the cold return pipe which we appreciate. Not sure if the Google review got posted.
Logan Technician was professional and courteous. He explained what his findings were and what my options were to resolve any issues. He did not make me feel pressured to immediately schedule or purchase any follow up services or products and he was easy to talk to on a personal level as well. A follow up to my previous review.. We opted to go with this company to purchase a new furnace. The technicians were friendly, competent, professional, and very knowledgeable. They were also quite efficient in their work and even when I had the inspector over later for the final inspection, he found no fault and signed off with confidence. I will use them again and would recommend this company and team for any applicable services.
We have been a maintenance client with Air Comfort since 2012. When we decided to replace our furnace/air conditioner we received quotes from 3 companies including Air Comfort. We chose Air Comfort for their professionalism and their competitive pricing. That doesn't mean they were the lowest price but the best value for our new system and the ongoing support. Everyone is very professional, friendly and excited to have us as a customer. I recommend them to all our friends.

I have complete confidence in his abilities to assess any problems we might have had (which we didn't) and am grateful he was able to complete them before the storms moved in.

Exceptionally kind, professional, and people we’d want to work with again. We felt confident that they not only got us the best rates possible, but they took the time to explain the process, then got it done fast. Will be recommending them to all of our friends and family. If you’re on the fence - don’t be. This is a company you can trust. (Also all of the employees who met the rescue bunnies were so kind to them, whereas our last company made jokes about eating them. So that meant a lot.)
