Brandon Mike is one of the best service techs I've ever had. I'm one of those folks who asks a lot of question and Mike explains things simply so I understand. I always ask for him when I need something for my HVAC systems.
Bob B performed the tune up and found that our gas pressure was too low. He took the time to show me the ins-and-outs of our new furnace, the technical aspects of each component and their functions. After Aspire made the adjustments to our gas pressure, Bob came back to make the final checks and adjustments. Caden A, did excellent work replacing our 17year old water heater. The water heater works perfect and the work area is neat and clean. A cloth material was placed on the walk path to protect the wood entry way and carpet. Technicians place plastic cover over their shoes. I'm a DIY guy and love to do stuff on my own to save some bucks but when I hit my limitations, I call the professionals. I highly recommend Air Comfort for their professional service and exceptional technicians.

I had a very good experience with the technician who came to check on my heating and air conditioning units. He was very thorough and took his time. He didn’t seem to be in any hurry to get to his next appointment and stopped every so often to let me know what he was doing, and how things are going. Him not being in a hurry, gave me confidence that everything was done completely.
Exceptionally kind, professional, and people we’d want to work with again. We felt confident that they not only got us the best rates possible, but they took the time to explain the process, then got it done fast. Will be recommending them to all of our friends and family. If you’re on the fence - don’t be. This is a company you can trust. (Also all of the employees who met the rescue bunnies were so kind to them, whereas our last company made jokes about eating them. So that meant a lot.)
Without a doubt, this is the most professional group. When my furnace went out after hours, in 5 degree weather, Mike sat on the phone with me for 15 minutes trying to help me fix it. Amanda is extremely quick with scheduling and organizing - at this point I’m convinced she keeps the place running smoothly because of efficient she is - and arranged for me to get a new furnace same day. Kyle came out within 2 hours and gave me a quote. He explained every piece of what was needed. Then Kaden and Curtis did a very quick job of replacing the furnace. They covered my floors and left absolutely zero mess. The cellar - where the furnace is - was even cleaner than it was before by the time they left. Very nice (seems to be a requirement of everyone who works there), trusted them in my home, will only recommend them from now on. Wonderful company who does things right and does things fast.

Gave a great explanation of what he found, his solution and his testing process that he tried to recreate the error I had on my boiler. Boiler gas cycled on 3-4 time since he left with no issue.

I would recommend Air Comfort in a heartbeat. We always have John P as our man that comes out twice a year, John is as honest as they come(a lost art in many companies). John is the reason I always recommend them and the office people are as nice as they come.
A SHOUT OUT to AIR COMFORT SERVICE H/C....we have been on a maintenance program with them for 3 yrs now...they come every spring AC and fall H to check are units to keep them running smoothly...our AC is only 9yrs old but our furnace was 27 yrs ...yes we have replaced some parts over the years but decided to replace for a more efficient unit...Tyler from Air Comfort replaced our furnace today...did an outstanding job all around...you know I don’t like dirt/dust kudos to him from the dustbunniediva!! Up and running smoothly and quietly! Highly recommend...tell them the Bell’s sent ya!
Tyler was very professional. He found some problems with the system and consulted other colleagues on how to proceed to fix the problem. Tyler is very interested in learning and solving problems. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would give him an 11.
The service people are neat and clean, put covers on their shoes, so they don't get dirt in the house. They clean up after their selves and always do a good job servicing the equipment they came out to inspect.
