Not only was Marco on time and pleasant to deal with, but he helped me get an estimate on all the different issues I had. You should hire more guys like Marco.

Brad arrived within a day of calling with our situation, diagnosed what we needed done, had all the equipment needed, and was finished in hours. Amazing service and outstanding plumbing service technicians. Both the primary and secondary technician were outstanding. They fixed my issue and overcame obstacles that came up. They adapted and used their expertise and intelligence to control the challenges. Great attitudes and very friendly yet very professional. Technicians were early and saved the day.

Rey and others have been here twice in the past years+. Last year was a panel replacement - but I didn’t have google so didn’t review. Rey and everyone else were great, professional and so courteous. This year my house was struck by lightening in a recent storm and Top Tech/Rey was here within a couple hours. Rey checked everything, worked with Oncor, and got me up and running by late afternoon. He is knowledgeable and informative. I had no damage other than some low voltage wiring (not Top Techs) and believe that’s due to the upgrade work that was recommended and accomplished last year. I’m so happy to have found TOP TECH!
Go ahead and just hire these guys for the job! We've had endless electrical problems from a flipper that sold us a house. All our problems started with a stove that was installed improperly that burnt out our electrical panel. We had a couple minor problems here and there after that work. One year later we had a light fixture pop out of the ceiling! Lol thank goodness for being a VIP member so we don't have to pay a service fee every time we need an electrician. We have more electrical upgrades to make this year and you bet we will be calling these guys to help. Their electricians are very informative and professional.

Initial Problem: I had scheduled a service appointment for a Tuesday between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM, for which I took a half-day off work. Unfortunately, the appointment was canceled at 3:45 PM. I was frustrated by the wasted time and the remaining unfixed problem. Service Recovery: After posting my initial feedback, the owner immediately contacted me. He offered a sincere apology for the cancellation and the inconvenience, promising to make things right. True to his word, he sent technician Alex over after hours to complete the repair free of charge. Alex was professional, highly skilled, and fixed everything perfectly. The quality of the work was excellent. While the initial scheduling mishap was frustrating, the owner's commitment to customer satisfaction and the outstanding effort by Alex turned a negative experience into a positive one. Top Tech demonstrated that they are a company that stands by its work and fixes problems—even when they are their own. I highly recommend them based on the quality of the repair and their incredible integrity.
